French/Vietnamese Cuisine

Join Rich and Madeline for this great class with French and Vietnamese cuisine.  We will travel from Paris to Saigon and learn how the two cultures marinated into a 20th-century cuisine.

Menu to include Vietnamese spring rolls, Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich), Vietnamese coffee, Vietnamese-style beef bourguignon, roast pork, pear tartines,  red rice pudding with almond milk, watermelon, cucumber and daikon brunoise, classic beignet dessert.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
