You won’t need the luck of the Irish to pull off your next meal inspired by the Emerald Isle! Join Hy-Vee Chef, Bob Allen, as he shows you how easy and fun preparing food inspired by Ireland can be. Menu to include Blood Orange Salad with Baby Greens, Almonds, Sourdough Croutons all tossed with Clover Honey Vinaigrette; Guinness-Braised Lamb Shanks with a Potato and Cauliflower Gratin; and Bailey’s Sabayon with Strawberry. Recipes and samples will be provided.
Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. Participants must be 21 years old or older to register for a class with the wine option
