Kale is the most popular of the greens. It's considered a super food with a high amount of antioxidants and vitamins/minerals. Learn how to include this green easily into your diet. This will be a hands-on-class led by your Hy-Vee dietitian, Janine Albers, with participants making a Massaged Kale Salad and Kale Chips, plus test-tasting Tuscan Kale Farro Soup.
