Cheesemaking: Feta
Learn how to make fabulous feta! Impress your friends! Students in this hands-on course will work in teams to create small batches of fresh feta. Class is taught by the staff of GetCulture Inc., a cheesemaking supply store in Madison. After making their own cheesy creations in class, participants will leave with a small bundle of supplies to make several batches of feta at home.
Class fee $45.
Class size is limited; sign up today! Classes are on a first-come basis. Tuition payment must accompany your registration.
You can register at the customer service counter and pay by check, cash or credit card.

If we cancel a class for any reason, we will contact you by phone and refund your tuition. If you must cancel a class, please notify us at least three days in advance for a full refund. In the event of low enrollment, classses may be cancelled. All classes start promptly at the indicated time.
