What are those “healthy” fats we keep hearing about? The topic of dietary fats can be confusing. Knowing the difference between saturated, trans, polyunsaturated (omega-3s and omega-6s) and monounsaturated (omega-9s) fats is key to picking well-balanced meals. Join Hy-Vee dietitian, Christy Frese, to learn the differences. Three recipes will be demonstrated during class: Mustard-Crusted Salmon, Mediterranean Tuna Antipasto Salad and Avocado Vinaigrette.
