Sunday Suppers is a unique cooking-dining experience. In this hands-on cooking class, participants work in groups to prepare one of the courses under Chef Denise's guidance then sit down at a communal table to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
During the cold winter months nothing feels better than comfort food. We will start with a cheese and beer dip accompanied by quick Parmesan pretzel bites and fresh veggies. Next is Guinness chili with filet mignon and beer pub burgers with beer-battered onion strings. We will throw in a little kale and ale side dish and have a decadent finish of Guinness chocolate cake. All of this with a flight of the beers we will be using in our cooking! Must be 21 & over.
