Menu to include: Fig Panzanella Salad with Arugula, Cherry Tomatoes and Balsamic Vinegar; Boursin-Crusted Black Cod with Leek Risotto and Lemon Caper Butter Sauce and Cheese Soufflé with Honey-Orange Compote for dessert.
