Whether you have celiac disease, gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy, join Chef Bob and your Hy-Vee dietitian, Janine Albers, to enjoy a special, worry-free dinner with a spouse, friend or neighbor.

On the menu is Sweet Vermouth and Onion Soup for the appetizer. The main course will feature Halibut with Coconut Corn Curry and Cherry Tomato Relish, Jasmine Rice and Steamed Bok Choy. The night will be topped off with a Raspberry Cheese Soufflé with Rum Anglaise Sauce for dessert.
