Hy-Vee’s team of registered dietitians will be offering free, virtual Kids Food Group Tours each month. In these virtual tours, Hy-Vee dietitians will educate families and classrooms on the five food groups, what a balanced diet looks like and why it is important, and how to make grocery shopping nutritious and fun! During the Kids Food Group Tour, children, parents, and teachers can engage with a registered dietitian while learning about healthy eating in their own homes and classrooms!
