Whether you are recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease, have had Celiac for several years, or have to follow a gluten-free diet for other health reasons, it is nice to have a support system for managing a sometimes challenging gluten-free diet.
Join Melissa, Sioux Falls Empire Hy-Vee Registered Dietitian, to learn more about the newest research in the gluten-free/Celiac Disease community and how to manage a healthy diet and lifestyle while also keeping it gluten-free. The goal of this group is to provide a supportive network for individuals with Celiac Disease and other gluten-related intolerances or disorders to share tips and tricks, product recommendations, recipes, etc. This group is FREE and anyone is welcome to join!
