A FREE A1C Test will be available inside the Healthy You Mobile in front of Hy-Vee East from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday, November 23. No appointment needed. First come, first served.
- Hemoglobin A1C helps provided information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. You will get you results right away and free brief nutrition consultation as needed.
- You do not need to fast for this test

NOTE: If the morning doesn't work for you, the Healthy You Mobile will be at Hy-Vee West from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. the same day.
