Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual’s average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. Our Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobiles will be making their way around the Quad Cities to offer free A1C screenings to our loyal customers! These tests will be given on a first-come-first-served basis and are non-fasting!
