Join your New Hope Hy-Vee in our Free HbA1c testing on November 19 from 3 to 7 p.m. HbA1c test determines your average blood sugar from the last 2-3 months. This test is great for those who have or have not been diagnosed with diabetes.
Each appointment takes about 5 minutes, and you will walk away knowing and understanding your results.

Fasting is not required. To check in, please go to the pharmacy area.
