Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide info about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
Dietitian Haleigh will be having a FREE A1C screening outside the store. No Fast is needed for this screening. Please call and ask for Haleigh at (815) 223-5219 if you'd like to reserve a specific time for your screening.
