Join your Empire Hy-Vee Dietitian, Melissa, for a FREE diabetes-focused nutrition tour every Monday at noon. (unless otherwise noted). It's a great, easy way to learn more about healthy food choices to help you better manage your diabetes.
Nutrition tours are FREE for the public. Registration is encouraged, but not required. Call the 49th/Louise Ave Hy-Vee at (605) 361-0313 to contact Melissa and register, or show up the day of the event and check-in with Customer Service for the tour.
