Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual’s average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. Dietitian Katie will be offering these A1C screenings for FREE on our Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile. First come, first serve! This is not a fasting test.
