Visit Fitchburg Hy-Vee from 8 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, November 20, for a free A1C screening in the HealthyYou Mobile, parked in the parking lot of the store! Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose. Results of this screening helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
No appointment is necessary and no fasting is required prior to the test.
