Freezer Meal Workshop

Join us for our first freezer meal workshop! We make it easy and simple to get a meal on the table! We handle the shopping, prep work and clean-up. On the night of the class, you’ll assemble the meals and leave with five meals that are freezer friendly. Each month will contain a new mix of recipes to prepare (listed online as they become available).

Come alone or gather your friends to join you! Register in advance by emailing [email protected] to reserve your spot. Space will be limited to a maximum of 10 people. Click on the link to learn more.

Cost: Varies depending on meals. A $20 preparation fee per person is required prior to the class. The remaining cost for groceries will be paid following the class.

What can you expect?

  • Assemble 5 family-sized entrees at individual stations.
  • All of your groceries will be purchased and ready to go. All ingredients will be washed, arranged and ready to use in advance of preparing the recipe. All you need to do is assemble and create easy freezer-ready meals. You only pay the cost of your groceries (the evening of the workshop) and the $20 preparation fee (in advance); we do the rest!
  • Clean-up is take care of – we will do dishes and take out the trash!

How Does a Freezer Meal Workshop Work?

  • Make your reservation by emailing Kara at [email protected] Come into the store to pay for the $20 preparation fee as a deposit for your spot (one person in the group can come to make one single payment if this is easiest).
  • Bring something to carry your meals back home, such as a plastic tote or laundry basket. We will supply paper sacks for non-perishable ingredients.
  • Prepare your recipes with your friends and have fun!
  • Split the grocery bill evenly among the participants. The $20 preparation fee is already paid for prior to the workshop.
  • Take home your delicious meals, put them in the freezer and enjoy later!
