So are you a true cheesehead? Take this fun hands-on class and learn how to make a basic fresh cheese using minimal ingredients and equipment. Participants will work in teams to craft a small batch of fresh cheese. Class is taught by the staff of GetCulture Inc., a cheese- and yogurt-making supply store in Madison. After making their own cheesy creations in class, participants will leave with a small bundle of supplies to make several batches of fresh cheese at home.
