Join Linda Raines, cook and martini-maker extraordinaire, as she discusses martini basics – gin or vodka, vermouth or not, shaken vs. stirred. Linda will start by shaking up the Charles Steele Raines martini, a classic version in tribute to her dad. She will discuss the new trend of infused vodkas and tell you how to make your own. Then she will mix up a Bon Voyage Martini with cherry-infused vodka and cayenne pepper, a Bloody Mary Martini with pepper-infused vodka and more. Gain the confidence to experiment and find your favorite variation of the basic martini. Must be 21 & over to sample martinis. Pre-registration required.
