Meet at customer service and join the group as we tour the store and discuss how to improve your health naturally through delicious foods. Fridays we will focus on Cholesterol management. We will review how to incorporate healthy fats and natural ingredients into our diet. Dietitian Amanda will provide snack and meal ideas to get you started on the right foot.
