“Squash It!” – Wednesday, January 29th
Think you don’t like squash, think again! Join Chef Bob and your Hy-Vee dietitian, Janine Albers, for a night of discovering not only how nutritious, but how delicious this group of vegetables can be. The menu will include Acorn Squash stuffed with Wild Rice, Pears, Cranberries, and Walnuts, Vegetable Lasagna made with Zucchini Squash, Spaghetti Squash Carbonara, and Bourbon Caramel Butternut Squash Ice Cream topped with Pistachios for dessert.
