All you need:

Hy-Vee thick-cut peppered bacon, cut in half lengthwise
Hot dog
Wheat hot dog bun, toasted
Butter lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Hy-Vee honey Dijon mustard

All you do:

Wrap one slice of bacon around hot dog and secure with toothpicks before grilling. Line a toasted wheat bun with lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Place grilled bacon-wrapped hot dog in bun. Top with honey Dijon mustard.
