Strawberry Cream Mini Cakes

Serves 6.

All you need:

1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
2 tbsp strawberry glaze
1 (8 oz) container mascarpone cheese
1/2 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
30 ladyfingers
Mint leaves, optional

All you do:

Toss berries with glaze; set aside.
Fold mascarpone cheese into whipped topping. Reserve for topping.
Layer ladyfingers in bottom of Appetizer Maker. Spread some whipped topping mixture on top; add layer of fresh strawberries. Repeat layers, topping with remaining ladyfingers. Spoon reserved topping mixture on top. If desired, garnish with mint leaves.
