Saucy Meatball and Noodle Bowl

Serves 2.

All you need:

1 1/2 c. Hy-Vee 33%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 (3 oz) pkg ramen noodles (discarding seasoning packet)
1 c. sliced, quartered zucchini
6 Hy-Vee frozen meatballs, cooked according to package directions
1/2 c. Hy-Vee spaghetti sauce
Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese, optional

All you do:

In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add ramen noodles and zucchini and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain mixture. Return to saucepan and stir in cooked meatballs and spaghetti sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
