Ham, Spinach and Edamame Noodle Bowl

Serves 2.

All you need:

1 1/2 c. Hy-Vee 33%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 (3 oz) pkg ramen noodles (discarding seasoning packet)
1 c. fresh spinach leaves
1/2 c. frozen shelled edamame
3/4 c. chopped cooked ham
1 green onion, sliced
1/8 tsp Hy-Vee dried thyme
Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste

All you do:

In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add ramen noodles and edamame and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. When noodles are cooked and tender, stir in spinach, edamame, ham, green onion, thyme and black pepper. Heat through.
