Chile Pepper Butter

Serves 10 (about 1 tablespoon each).

All you need:

1/2 c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
dash lemon juice

All you do:

In a small bowl, combine with butter, jalapeno, garlic, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. Serve with winter veggies, sweet corn or on corn bread.
