Cheesy Tomato-Topped Bites

Serves 24.

All you need:

24 Wheat Thins Toasted Chips
8 cherry tomatoes, sliced into thirds
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/3 c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
1/4 c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

All you do:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chips on a baking pan. Top each with a slice of cherry tomato and 1/8 teaspoon basil.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan and mozzarella; divide mixture over tomatoes on each chip, about 1 teaspoon each. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until topping is melted and chips are golden brown. Garnish with extra basil, if desired.
