Lime-Tarragon Butter

Serves 24 (1 tsp each).

All you need:

1/2 c. Hy-Vee butter, softened
1/2 tsp freshly grated lime peel
2 tsp snipped fresh tarragon

All you do:

Combine softened butter, lime peel and tarragon. Chill 1 hour for flavors to blend. Set butter out to soften for 30 minutes before serving.
