Chipotle Butter

Serves 8 (1 tbsp each).

All you need:

1/2 c. Hy-Vee butter, softened
1 tbsp finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

All you do:

Stir together butter and peppers. Form into a log; cover and refrigerate until serving.
To serve, cut into slices and use on your favorite dish.
