| 1 c. heavy cream | ||
| ½ c. white syrup | ||
| 8 large marshmallows (or 80 small ones) | ||

Directions
- Bring sugar, butter, cream, and syrup to a boil; cook to soft-ball stage.
- Add marshmallows.
- Beat with mixer until cool; add nuts and spread into buttered 8x8-inch pan.
