1 (20 oz) can Hy-Vee crushed pineapple, undrained | ||
1 (1 oz) pkg sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding mix | ||
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed | ||
4 to 5 drops green food coloring | ||
1 (19.8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee fudge brownie mix, prepared and cooled |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine undrained pineapple with pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping and food coloring. Set aside.
- Cut brownie into 1-inch pieces. Layer 1/3 of the brownie pieces in a large bowl.
- Layer 1/3 of the pudding mixture over the brownie pieces. Repeat twice.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight before serving.
