    8 oz. Hy-Vee thin spaghetti
    8 oz. Italian turkey sausage
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. Hy-Vee chicken broth with 40% less sodium
    1 (14 oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    8 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
    8 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
    Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese, for serving

    Directions

    1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
    2. In a large skillet, cook sausage, garlic and onion over medium-high heat until the sausage is cooked through and onion has softened.
    3. Add broth and beans; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
    4. Add spinach and tomatoes and cook for 1 minute, until spinach has wilted. Stir in pasta. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
