c.seeded watermelon chunks
1 ½ oz.grapefruit vodka
Juice of 1 lime wedge
Ice cubes
4 oz.ginger beer
Watermelon wedge and mint leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place watermelon in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Strain, reserving 1/4 cup juice and discard pulp.
  2. Place watermelon juice, vodka and lime juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a Moscow mule mug filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. If desired, garnish with watermelon wedge and mint.
