    1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee stir-fry vegetables with noodles
    1 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    ½ c. fat-free Italian salad dressing
    Pita bread, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese, optional

    Directions

    1. Bring two quarts of water to boil in large saucepan. Add vegetables. When water returns to boil, remove from heat, drain in colander and rinse under cold running water to cool.
    2. Stir in chicken and dressing.
    3. Serve as a salad or fill pita bread and add condiments of your choice.
