    1 (13.8 oz) pkg Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust
    1 (8 oz) pkg Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
    1 (1 oz) pkg Hidden Valley Ranch mix
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. Monterey sliced white mushrooms
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Unroll pizza crust onto cookie sheet and press into 10-by-14-inch rectangle. Bake for 15 to 16 minutes or until deep golden brown.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch mix until smooth. Spread on pizza crust. Top with broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and cheese.
    4. Refrigerate until serving time or serve immediately.
