    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee shredded Cheddar cheese, about 2 cups, divided
    1 (1-lbs.) pkg. 93%-lean ground beef
    1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee no-salt-added red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (1.25-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee original taco seasoning mix
    Optional Toppers
    Hy-Vee pico de gallo
    Hy-Vee sour cream
    Hy-Vee Short Cuts chopped red onions
    Hy-Vee sliced black olives
    Hy-Vee shredded lettuce
    Fresh cilantro

    • 15x10x1-inch baking sheet
    • Parchment paper
    • Large skillet

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 15x10x1-inch sheet pan with parchment paper; spray with nonstick spray. Spread half the chips on prepared pan. Top with 1 cup cheese.

    2. Brown beef in a large skillet; drain. Stir in beans and taco seasoning. Cook 2 minutes more. Spoon half the beef mixture over cheese in sheet pan. Repeat layers. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with desired toppings.
