1 (6 oz) container Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt
¼ c. Hy-Vee sour cream
¼ c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill weed
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
½ tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
¼ tsp. hot chili powder, optional
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except cucumber. Cover and process until smooth. Add cucumber and pulse until desired consistency is reached. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
