    Things To Grab

    • Baking sheet
    • Parchment paper
    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray

    Directions

    1. Thaw pizza dough in the refrigerator overnight.

    2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Shape 1/3 of pizza dough into an oval for the octopus head; place on prepared baking sheet. Cut 8 (1-inch each) strips of various lengths from remaining dough for tentacles; wrap dough strips around cheese strips; pinch the edges to seal. Attach strips to octopus head. Bake 5 minutes.

    3. Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce on the head; sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Add yellow bell pepper slices and black olives for eyes and red pepper strip for mouth. Brush 2 tablespoons pizza sauce. Lightly sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella. Top with mini pepperoni slices. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until cheese begins to brown.
