¼ c. chopped onion | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee original barbecue sauce | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee ketchup | ||
1 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder | ||
4 Hy-Vee wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted |
Directions
- Cook turkey and onion in a skillet over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink. Drain and return to pan.
- Reduce heat and stir in barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and garlic powder. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve on toasted buns.
