    1 (16 oz) can refrigerated Hy-Vee jumbo buttermilk biscuits
    4 (6 oz each) cans Hy-Vee Select albacore tuna, drained
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light salad dressing
    ¼ c. chopped green onion
    1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

    Directions

    1. Bake biscuits according to package directions. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Cut each biscuit in half to create 16 rounds.
    2. Meanwhile, stir together tuna, salad dressing and green onion. Top each biscuit half with 3 tablespoons tuna mixture.
    3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese over each biscuit.
    4. Broil on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
