    2 c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows
    1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
    1 (20 oz) can Hy-Vee pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (11 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (6 oz) jar Hy-Vee maraschino cherries, drained
    1 c. lowfat vanilla yogurt
    ½ c. Hy-Vee flaked coconut, toasted*

    Directions

    1. Combine marshmallows, banana, pineapple, oranges, cherries and yogurt in a large bowl. Stir.
    2. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
    3. Top with coconut prior to serving.
    4. *TIP: To toast coconut, place coconut in a thin layer in a baking pan. Toast in oven at 350 degrees for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
