1 (1.25-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee taco seasoning
¾ c. water
1 (15-oz.) bag Hy-Vee stone ground restaurant style tortilla chips, warmed
1 (8-oz.) bag Hy-Vee finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, diced
1 (4.25-oz.) can Hy-Vee sliced black olives, drained
1 bunch(es) green onions, sliced
1 (1-lb.) tub Hy-Vee homestyle guacamole, for serving

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water and prepare according to package directions. Set aside.

  2. To build nachos, layer warmed tortilla chips on a large serving plate. Top chips with the seasoned ground beef and add cheese, tomatoes, black olives and green onions.

  3. Serve with guacamole.
