    1 lbs. Hy-Vee boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
    3 c. Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    ½ c. low-sodium teriyaki sauce
    Cooked ramen noodles, optional
    Chow mein noodles, optional

    Directions

    1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Sauté chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside.
    3. Add vegetables to skillet; cook and stir until they are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in chicken and teriyaki sauce. Simmer until chicken is heated through, about 2 minutes.
    4. If serving over ramen noodles, boil noodles for 3 to 5 minutes; drain well. Do not use seasoning packet; reserve for another use. Serve chicken over noodles and top with chow mein noodles, if desired.
