    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee frozen chopped parsley
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee frozen chopped cilantro
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper
    Hy-Vee sea salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    2 Hy-Vee Choice Reserve T-Bone steaks, about 1-inch thick

    Directions

    1. To prepare chimichurri sauce, combine parsley, cilantro, olive oil and crushed red pepper in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside.
    2. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.
    3. Season steaks with salt and black pepper. Grill steaks for 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare (145 degrees) or 12 to 15 minutes for medium (160 degrees), turning once through cooking. Let steaks rest 3 to 5 minutes before serving. Top steaks with chimichurri sauce.
