    2 (8 oz each) loaves baguette-style French bread
    ¼ c. mascarpone cheese
    2 tbsp. Log Chain honey cinnamon creme
    2 c. sliced strawberries
    1 (4.4 oz) container blueberries

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. In a small bowl, combine mascarpone and cinnamon creme. Set aside.
    3. Cut each loaf of bread into 16 slices about 1/2-inch thick. Place in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 4 minutes. Turn slices over. Top each slice of bread with 1 teaspoon of mascarpone mixture. Return to oven. Bake 4 minutes.
    4. Toss strawberries and blueberries in a medium bowl. Top each baguette slice with berry mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
