    1 c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    1 (1 oz) envelope ranch dip mix
    ½ c. chopped green bell pepper
    ¼ c. chopped red bell pepper
    Fresh vegetables or crackers, for serving

    Directions

    1. Pulse mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dip mix and bell peppers in a food processor fitted with a metal blade until well blended. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
    2. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
