1 (12.3 oz) pkg extra-firm lite tofu, drained, cut into bite-size pieces
5 tbsp. sweet-and-tangy stir-fry sauce, divided
1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee stir-fry vegetables
2 c. uncooked Minute rice
2 c. water

Directions

  1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat; stir in tofu and 2 tablespoons sauce. Cook 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in vegetables and remaining sauce. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions, using 2 cups water. Serve stir-fry over rice.
