    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee barbecue sauce
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange marmalade
    1 ½ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
    1 lbs. wild-caught U.S.A. raw shrimp (16-to 20-count), peeled and deveined
    Wooden skewers, soaked in water
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil
    2 c. hot cooked Hy-Vee brown rice, optional

    Directions

    1. For sauce, in a small saucepan, stir together barbecue sauce, marmalade and cayenne pepper; set aside.
    2. Thread shrimp onto soaked skewers, leaving 1/4-inch space between shrimp. Brush each shrimp skewer evenly with olive oil. Grill 7 to 9 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque, turning once halfway through grilling.
    3. Stir barbecue sauce over low heat for 3 to 3 minutes or until melted. Place shrimp skewers on plates and drizzle with sauce.
    4. Serve with rice, if desired.
