Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ground beef, oats, ketchup, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and pepper; mix well.
Press into ungreased 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan or shape into loaf and place in shallow baking pan. Bake 75 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
