    1 c. Hy-Vee quick oats
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee ketchup
    ¼ c. chopped onion
    1 Hy-Vee large egg, slightly beaten
    2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine ground beef, oats, ketchup, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and pepper; mix well.

    3. Press into ungreased 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan or shape into loaf and place in shallow baking pan. Bake 75 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
